I have an old, but very loved and still beautiful looking Jowissa watch, but the bracelet is worn out. I couldn't find a suitable bracelet in the Jowissa online store. I wrote an email to customer service. Corinne answered me. She offered a suitable new bracelet option and found another one in stock that was the same as my old one. And she also applied an advance discount that had not yet been published on the page. I purchased both bracelets. They fit perfectly. Thank you Corinne. You are amazing.
