Damaged even before the first use.

I bought this beautiful watch at the Zurich Duty Free shop on Nov. 14, 2022 and placed it in my hand carry luggage. When I arrived at my layover airport (YUL) I opened the box to take a peek at the beauty of the watch but to my dismay the glass has a chip on the edge and the strap undone. When I tried it on at the duty free shop before I purchased it the watch was perfect. The next time I looked at it the glass was chipped and the strap was undone. How did it happen? It was placed in its sturdy box. Obviously the workmanship and quality are not that good. The problem is I live in Texas and do not know where to return the watch for a refund.

We decided to explore buying direct from Jowissa, my wife’s watch buying process was utterly seamless, we ordered off their web page and delivery was prompt and expedient.

I then ordered a watch for me and on arrival decided it was too heavy and advised Jowissa who promptly suggested I examine their Catalogue and choose a different watch,

I did this and they then shipped the replacement to me.

I have to say the whole process was carried out efficiently and exceeded expectations, it is refreshing to deal with a supplier who truly has customer’s best interest as part of their company culture
