I bought this beautiful watch at the Zurich Duty Free shop on Nov. 14, 2022 and placed it in my hand carry luggage. When I arrived at my layover airport (YUL) I opened the box to take a peek at the beauty of the watch but to my dismay the glass has a chip on the edge and the strap undone. When I tried it on at the duty free shop before I purchased it the watch was perfect. The next time I looked at it the glass was chipped and the strap was undone. How did it happen? It was placed in its sturdy box. Obviously the workmanship and quality are not that good. The problem is I live in Texas and do not know where to return the watch for a refund.
